Who it is for
Built for teams where everyone does a bit of everything
Tranvoro suits independent forwarders, owner-operators and teams of a few people up to a few dozen who handle air, ocean or road files across import, export and domestic work. In a small team the person who quotes a lane often books it, chases the documents and raises the invoice. That only works if the information follows the job rather than living in whoever's inbox it arrived in.
It is a good fit if you recognise any of these:
- a quote is a spreadsheet tab, and the shipment is re-keyed from it when the customer says yes;
- you find out a file lost money when the supplier invoice arrives weeks later;
- "has the B/L come in?" means searching email;
- invoices are typed into accounting from a list of charges kept somewhere else;

Quote

Approve
The customer accepts through a secure link that shows sale prices only — never your costs.
Shipment
Converting the quote creates the shipment with route, cargo, parties and charges. Sale lines become receivables; costs become expected payables.
Documents
The checklist for an ocean import shows what is still missing; files are uploaded to the shipment and shared with the customer when ready. How documents work
Costs land
Supplier costs are added or matched to vendor invoices, in their own currency, and profit updates as they arrive.
Invoice and get paid
The customer invoice is built from the receivable charges, approved, posted and emailed. Payments are allocated against it and the open balance updates.

Every plan includes the full platform, unlimited shipments, unlimited branches and unlimited customer portal users. You pay for internal users:
- Solo — $59.99/month with 1 internal user included.
- Team — $199.99/month with 5 internal users included.
- Additional internal users are $39.99/month each on any plan.

Storage differs too: 10 GB on Solo, 50 GB on Team. Adding users never blocks and never upgrades you automatically; the Billing page recommends a cheaper plan when one exists.

Air, ocean and road; import, export and domestic; FCL, LCL, FTL, LTL, groupage and air cargo; house and master shipments and consoles.
Currencies
Charges can be in any currency with the exchange rate stored on the line. Company totals and reports use USD as the base currency today.
Branches and roles
Unlimited branches on every plan. Seven business roles control who can quote, operate, invoice and approve, and users can be limited to their branches.
Language
The application is in English today.
Rates
You enter your own buy rates. Tranvoro does not provide carrier rates or connect to rate marketplaces.
Customs
Customs paperwork and status are tracked on the shipment; declarations are not filed to customs authorities from Tranvoro.

Frequently asked
Is there a minimum team size?
No. Solo is built for one person and includes 1 internal user; you add users as you hire.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The 30-day trial needs no card. You choose a plan when the trial ends; there is a short grace period during which the app warns but keeps working.
Can I bring my existing customers?
Yes. Customers and other parties can be imported from a CSV file, with duplicates detected before anything is created.
Do customers pay to use the portal?
No. Customer portal users are unlimited on every plan and never count as paid users.
