How pricing works
Prices are in US dollars, before any tax that applies where you are. Payments are processed by Paddle.
Pay monthly, or pay for a year up front for less than twelve monthly payments (see the table below). Additional users are $39.99 a month or $399 a year each; twelve monthly seat payments would be $479.88.
Each plan includes a number of internal users — the people on your team who sign in. Every active internal user beyond that is an additional seat, on any plan; deactivated users are not billed. Example: a team of 8 on Team pays $199.99 + 3 × $39.99 = $319.96 a month.
Customers who sign in to the portal to follow their shipments and download the documents you share are unlimited on every plan and never count as paid users.
Document storage is 10 GB on Solo, 50 GB on Team, 250 GB on Business; Enterprise storage is agreed individually. Going over the allowance shows a warning — it never blocks uploads and never deletes files.
30 days on the plan you choose (Team if you do not choose one), with no credit card. You pick a plan before the trial ends; for a short grace period afterwards the app warns but keeps working.
Quoting, shipments, documents, charges, invoicing, payments, reports, CRM, the customer portal and API access are included in every plan. Plans differ only by price, included users and storage — and, for Enterprise, onboarding, support and contract terms.
