Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid Tranvoro subscriptions purchased through Paddle.
Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions processed through Paddle.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer or statutory rights.
2. Free Trial
Where a subscription begins with a free trial, you may cancel before the end of the trial to avoid conversion to a paid subscription, subject to the conditions displayed when starting the trial.
If payment is required after the trial, access to paid functionality may be restricted until payment is completed.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You may continue using the paid Service until the end of that period unless:
- the account is suspended;
- the subscription is refunded and access is revoked;
- there is a security issue; or
- another applicable condition requires earlier termination.
After cancellation takes effect, you will not be charged for another renewal.
4. First Subscription Payment
Tranvoro offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first paid subscription charge for a new Tranvoro organization.
To request a refund, submit the request within 30 calendar days of that first paid charge.
This guarantee applies once per organization and is not intended to enable repeated subscriptions and refunds.
5. Renewal Payments
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable except where:
- required by applicable law;
- there was a duplicate or incorrect charge;
- a billing error occurred;
- Tranvoro expressly approves a refund; or
- Paddle determines that a refund should be issued under its applicable policies.
If you unintentionally renew a subscription, contact support as soon as possible.
6. Partial Billing Periods
Unless required by law or expressly approved, Tranvoro does not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period after cancellation.
Your Service normally remains available until the end of the paid period.
7. Refund Abuse
A refund may be refused where permitted by law if there is evidence of:
- fraud;
- repeated refund abuse;
- deliberate misuse;
- attempts to circumvent subscription requirements; or
- other manipulative behavior.
8. Requesting a Refund
Refund requests may be submitted through Paddle's buyer-support system or by contacting:
Include enough information to identify the relevant subscription or transaction.
Do not send payment-card numbers by email.
9. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle.
The time required for the refund to appear depends on Paddle, the payment method, and the buyer's financial institution.
10. Statutory Rights
Customers may have additional cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights under applicable law.
Where mandatory law provides greater rights than this policy, those rights apply.
11. Changes
Tranvoro may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy for future purchases.
Material changes will not retroactively reduce rights already granted for an existing transaction where prohibited by law.
